Our giftcards can be exchanged online and in our shops. The amount on the card can be exchanged in parts, the remainder will stay available for a next order.
If you choose to have the giftcard sent by post, there will be shipping costs for orders under 65 euro in NL, BE and DE. To prevent these costs we can also email you the code of the giftcard. If you want this, select the shipping option 'pick up in Rotterdam store' in the order process. Add a remark that you want the code by email. This way there will be no charge of shipping costs.
