Delivery
Your order will be delivered by DHL or PostNL. We will notify you when the order is being sent and send you the track&trace code so you can keep track of the shipment. It is possible to add an alternative delivery address or choose to pick up your order in one of our stores.
Delivery time
We ship our packages from Monday to Friday. You can expect next day delivery by DHL for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Every product shows an indicated delivery time. "In stock" means we can ship these items immediately. An indicated delivery time of 3 days to 1 week means we will have to order the item for you with our supplier. If it so happens that the delivery will take longer than the indicated delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible. If desired you can then still cancel your order without any additional costs. If you'd like to know the exact delivery time of your order, for instance for a diving holiday, please contact us and we will be able to provide you with the details.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium are FREE for orders over €65. Under this amount shipping costs are €6,95 within NL and €7,95 to BE. Shipping costs and free delivery rates for deliveries abroad vary per country and are shown below:
