Are any of your items broken or not functioning properly upon delivery? Contact us as soon as possible and we will provide you with a suitable solution. You can also visit us in one of our stores and we will sort you out. We can provide you with a return label for you to send the item(s) back to us for free (only available for shipments within the Netherlands).

Contact us, preferably through an e-mail to email@example.com, and we will get back to you with a substantive reply as soon as possible (within two weeks at the latest, but of course we try to get back to you as soon as we can). If our reaction is unsatisfactory to you, you can choose to forward your complaint to the geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel or the European ODR platform, both of which we are a member of.
