Returns

You have the right to withdraw the agreement without statement of cause within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the transporter, physically receives the goods. To be able to return the goods and withdraw the agreement, you will have to notify us (for instance through mail, fax or e-mail) through an unambiguous statement of the withdrawal of the agreement. For this purpose we have this returns form for withdrawal (PDF, Dutch) available for download, but you are not required to use this specific method of notification. To comply to the terms of the withdrawal period it is sufficient to send your notification of withdrawal before the end of said period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the agreement, you will be provided by us with all payments done to the moment of withdrawal, including shipping costs (with exception of any potential additional costs that are the result of your choice for any other way of transport than the cheapest standard shipping method provided by us), without delay and by all means no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw the agreement. We will use the same payment method as the one you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; either way we will not charge any additional costs over a refund established this way. We reserve the right to delay the refund until the moment we have received the goods back, or until you have been able to prove shipment of the goods, whichever occurs first.

You are requred to send or hand over the goods back to us without delay, or at least no later than 14 days after the day you provide us with notification of your decision upon withdrawal of the agreement. You are within the limits of the withdrawal period if you send out the goods out before the 14 days have passed. The immediate costs of return shipment of the goods will be for your account. Only you are responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from use of these goods, exceeding those actions that are necessary to establish the nature, specifications and function of these goods.

Preferably you should contact us in advance, to avoid any unnecessary shipping or delays. If you do this we can provide you with a return label so you can return the package free of charge (this is only valid for return shipments within the Netherlands).
