Your order will be delivered through TNT post. We will notify you when the order is being sent. It is possible to give us an alternative delivery address.

Shippingcosts
The shippingcosts in Holland are 5 euro for a package. Orders over 65 euro are free in Holland. International shipping in the EU costs 10 euro. Before you confirm your order you can see the exact shippingcosts.

Deliverytime
With every product we indicate an expected deliverytime. If we can not deliver within this indicated timeframe, we will let you know. If so you are free to cancel the order free of charge. If you want to know the exact deliverytime beforehand, please contact us.

Returns
You can return or swap articles within 14 days. Send the unused and undamaged product to the address below. We will send you a requested alternative product or refund the money excluding the shippingcosts.
